The HALYS brand gear is a multi-level garment layering system designed and engineered using innovative construction techniques and multiple high-tech fabrics including PrimaLoft® Sport insulation and EPIC by Nextec.

PrimaLoft® Sport absorbs 3 times less water, is 15% warmer when dry and is 24% warmer when wet than the closest competitive insulation.

EPIC by Nextec® is water resistant, windproof, breathable and washable. The patented Nextec® encapsulation process is what makes it possible. The protection is inside the fabric, encapsulating the actual fibers for weatherproof performance. No laminates. No coatings.

When combined with the other levels of the Protective Combat Uniform (PCU) system, this garment collection offers the wearer less weight and bulk of traditional outdoor gear, and enables the wearer to customize the uniform to meet the varying demands of adverse weather conditions.
