Mattresses and Box Springs are manufactured to meet Federal Government specifications including:
- Two 1/2” polyurethane foam toppers create an extra firm mattress that offers support and comfort.
- Two insulator pads, each weighing 1.75 oz/ sq. ft.
- Pre-built border with 1/4” unicellular foam padding
- Two Grade D felts pads, weighing 3 oz /sq. ft. contribute to the support and comfort of the mattress
- 1 1/4” Binding tape on seams
- Blue Damask ticking, quilted with 1/2” polyurethane foam
- Fire Barrier under ticking;
- Passes new Federal Burn test July 1, 2007; 1632/1633;
- Innerspring coil unit with a six-gauge border rod and 13-gauge, five and one half turn Bonnell coils
